When the transaction is in process, your request for recharge is sent to the operator. If the mobile number is not available with the operator/ circle chosen for recharge, the recharge may fail and the amount will be credited to your Reload Cash Wallet. However, if the mobile number provided is available with the Operator, it would be recharged, even if a wrong number was entered by the customer, and no refunds would be available. Hence RELOAD.IN advises utmost diligence when entering the number that requires a recharge.
